The position involves re-engaging lapsed customers and opening brand-new accounts. You’ll build and convert a targeted pipeline, hit new business KPIs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. Responsibilities Identify and reactivate non-active or new customers, converting prospects into active partners. Research, qualify, present and close to achieve new business targets. Build and maintain a live pipeline, tracking progress and report regularly via CRM. Analyse market and competitive activity to prioritise high-potential opportunities. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional customer experience. Manage call schedules, forecasting and sales reporting. Skills and Experience Proven track record in dental sales, ideally in new business development roles.
