About the Opportunity As the Territory Manager for Victoria & Tasmania, you will take ownership of a sterilisation consumables portfolio, working across private and public hospitals with a particular focus on the central sterile department (CSSD). This is a high-impact role where you will have responsibility for sales performance, maximising growth, and supporting the strategic direction and broader success of the Australian business. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance by proactively managing accounts, engaging customers, and building strong relationships. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the CSSD environment. Build and maintain strong partnerships with CSSD managers, infection control teams, and hospital procurement. Develop and implement strategic territory business plans. Conduct product demonstrations, education, and consultation with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate pipeline and account data through CRM systems. Represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events. Skills & Experience Proven sales experience in medical consumables. Relationships with CSSD departments across Victoria. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work autonomously. Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
