The structure is deliberately flat, with senior leaders working alongside site teams, creating a collaborative, fast-moving environment where decisions are made close to the work.     About the opportunity This Principal Investigator role is a pivotal appointment supporting both immediate trial delivery and long-term site growth. You will lead multiple active clinical trials while helping shape how studies are run, optimised, and scaled across the Sydney site. Working closely with the Site Medical Director, CMO, Consultant PIs, and Operations Manager, you will have genuine influence over trial design decisions, recruitment strategies, and sponsor engagement. The role offers exposure to a broad and diverse trial portfolio rather than being siloed into a single indication. You will play a key role in mentoring Sub-Investigators and junior doctors, contributing to a clear internal pipeline from Sub-I to PI and beyond. There is strong visibility with sponsors, giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships and contribute medical insight that directly impacts study success and business growth.
