About the opportunity Reporting into the Country Medical Director, the role focuses on scientific dialogue and strong relationships with key opinion leaders to support education, evidence generation, and clinical trial development. Success is measured by quality interactions with HCPs insight generation, and collaborative impact. Duties Provide scientific leadership on Ophthalmology portfolio and pipeline Build and maintain strong KOL relationships Deliver scientific education to healthcare professionals and internal teams Support clinical trial development and evidence generation Communicate and interpret complex clinical data Collect and analyse field insights to shape strategy Ensure compliance with Medicines Australia Code of Conduct Skills and Experience Degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare qualification Proven MSL experience in Ophthalmology Strong stakeholder engagement and business acumen Curiosity, agility, and a growth mindset Exceptional communication and relationship skills Culture Collaborative, innovative, and patient-focused; a matrix environment where curiosity, agility, and teamwork drive success.
