You’ll support the performance and quality of the medical information service, oversee critical SOP processes, and partner closely with the broader Medical Affairs team. It’s a hands-on, fast-moving role with plenty of variety and visibility.   Duties • Oversee day to day vendor management of the medical information service, including onboarding, training oversight, and process alignment • Act as a superuser for the enquiry management system, supporting reporting, escalation, and updates • Monitor, triage, and support management of medical enquiries, ensuring strong compliance with AE and product complaint processes • Lead and maintain Medical Information SOPs and Work Instructions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and safety requirements • Provide monthly product complaint reconciliation with safety teams • Prepare reports, presentations, and support ongoing Medical Information projects • Coordinate updates and management of Medical Affairs SOPs and support the team as a subject matter expert • Prepare monthly compliance reports and manage training assignments and content   Skills and Experience • Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred • Experience in Medical Information or Medical Governance ideal but not essential • Strong understanding of medical and business principles within a medical affairs environment • Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills • High attention to detail with strong computer literacy • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and processes   Culture You will join a collaborative, friendly and forward thinking medical team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. The focus is centred on supporting the execution of the medical strategy for a neurology launch. You will work closely with the Senior Medical Manager and partner cross functionally across marketing, regulatory, market access, compliance and sales. This role suits someone who knows how to plan, implement and deliver, and who can operate with accountability from day one.   Duties • Support the execution of the medical strategy across neurology • Partner closely with the Senior Medical Manager and broader cross functional teams • Review and approve promotional and non promotional materials • Contribute to the development of evidence generation, publications and slide decks • Engage with healthcare professionals through scientific exchange and education • Coordinate advisory boards, symposia and scientific meetings • Provide scientific responses to internal and external medical enquiries • Monitor and interpret scientific and competitive insights   Skills and experience • Tertiary qualifications in a scientific or healthcare discipline • At least 3 to 4 years Medical Manager or Medical Advisor experience • Strong strategic thinking with a track record of implementation • Experience contributing to evidence plans, affiliate studies or publications is valued • Ability to partner effectively across cross functional teams • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex science • Agile, accountable and comfortable working in a fast moving launch environment Culture You will be joining a team that is highly experienced, collaborative and open minded.
