The position involves re-engaging lapsed customers and opening brand-new accounts. You’ll build and convert a targeted pipeline, hit new business KPIs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. Responsibilities Identify and reactivate non-active or new customers, converting prospects into active partners. Research, qualify, present and close to achieve new business targets. Build and maintain a live pipeline, tracking progress and report regularly via CRM. Analyse market and competitive activity to prioritise high-potential opportunities.
