Locum Cardiac Physiologist - EPS, Devices and Remote Monitoring

We are seeking a Cardiac Technologist for a locum opportunity commencing in early February 2026. This role would suit a Cardiac Technologist with exposure to electrophysiology, cardiac devices and/or remote monitoring, who is looking to build experience within a supportive, high-volume tertiary environment. The Opportunity The locum will support electrophysiology, device implant sessions and remote monitoring services. The scope is hands-on and clinical, without formal leadership or people-management responsibilities. Indicative roster: EPS / Device Implant support Wednesday: Full day (8:00am – 4:30pm) Friday: Half day (approximately 12:00–4:00pm or 12:30–4:30pm) Remote Device Monitoring Monday to Friday: Half-day morning shifts Due to the nature of remote monitoring, these shifts are required daily Key Responsibilities Assist with electrophysiology procedures and device implant lists Perform device checks and follow-up, including pacemakers and ICDs Support remote home monitoring services Participate in ECG, Holter and related cardiac diagnostic activities as required Work collaboratively with cardiologists, nursing staff and senior technologists Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols About You Qualification as a Cardiac Technologist / Cardiac Scientist (or equivalent) Experience or exposure to EPS, cardiac devices or remote monitoring Confident working in a clinical, patient-facing environment Comfortable with technology and cardiac device software Why Consider This Role?
