About the Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Biomedical Engineer or mechanically minded technician looking to build a long-term career in a specialised and essential area of healthcare. Working closely with experienced technicians, you will support the testing, maintenance and servicing of medical systems and devices, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and contributing directly to patient safety. Duties Conduct routine testing of medical devices in line with AS3551 and AS2896 Perform maintenance and servicing of medical systems & devices Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting of system issues Carry out outlet and pressure testing Complete digital service reports, documentation and records Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures Support inventory management of tools, equipment and spare parts Liaise professionally with healthcare staff on-site Participate in ongoing training and development Skills and Experience Qualification in Biomedical Engineering (ideal) or similar Experience working with medical devices or in a hospital setting Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Good problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills Confident using computers for reporting and documentation Strong communication skills and professional presentation Ability to work both autonomously and within a team Willingness to obtain additional specialist certifications Full Driving Licence and ability to travel.  Culture Small, collaborative and supportive team environment Strong focus on trust, consistency and professionalism Hands-on leadership with a genuine investment in employee development A culture that values longevity, growth and autonomy How to Apply Click apply now and provide an up to date copy of your CV

The Opportunity An opportunity exists for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of specialised IVF laboratory equipment, including time-lapse incubation systems and associated technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring high system uptime across a growing installed base, delivering both preventative maintenance and responsive service support. The position requires a high level of autonomy, technical problem-solving, and the ability to manage a large geographic territory. This is a field-based role ideally located in or near Melbourne, with extensive travel across ANZ. Skills and Experience Degree or diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field Experience in field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance Strong troubleshooting capability across electrical and/or mechanical systems Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment including cameras, incubators, and mechanical components Basic IT and networking knowledge Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage service schedules, travel, and documentation High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication and customer-facing skills Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively Exposure to medical devices or laboratory equipment will be highly regarded Why this opportunity is right for you?
