My background is in specialist healthcare and regulated-sector recruitment, I hold a Bachelors degree in Criminology and a post-graduate certificate in teaching. I bring a structured, consultative approach to Regulatory and Quality hiring. I understand that these functions are not administrative support roles, they are commercially critical positions responsible for regulatory approval, audit readiness, product release, risk mitigation and long-term business sustainability.
For clients, I take the time to understand each client’s regulatory landscape, system maturity and operational pressures so I can introduce talent that not only meets compliance requirements but genuinely strengthens their team and quality culture.
