Description of Practice:
  • Providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community with a patient-first approach
  • Services include chronic disease management, family health, immunisations, mental health support, and more
  • Work alongside a supportive Enrolled Nurse to support 6 GPs
  • Specialise in chronic disease management and preventative care
  • The clinic is dedicated to delivering personalised and proactive healthcare
About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are key
  • Comfortable and confident in delivering patient care and supporting care plan development
