About the Opportunity
In this high-impact role, you’ll be a strategic partner working cross-functionally with Medical Communications, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop and execute global medical strategies. Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving clinical adoption, enhancing scientific exchange, and leading KOL engagement globally.

Duties
• Support the development and execution of the global medical affairs functional plan
• Drive medical education initiatives and scientific communications across key markets
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor medical strategies and address market-specific challenges
• Develop clinical evidence generation programs
• Lead KOL engagement and global advisory boards
• Oversee development and delivery of medical content and training materials
• Review and approve HCP-facing promotional and educational content
• Contribute to publication strategies and evidence dissemination plans, including digital platforms
• Provide subject matter expertise in infection prevention and competitor landscape

Skills and Experience
• Postgraduate degree in life sciences, PhD, MD, or relevant clinical qualification
• 5–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
• Strong scientific acumen with proven experience in clinical evidence generation and medical communications
• Demonstrated experience working in or with global and regional teams
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals
