About the Opportunity As the ERP Business Partner you will act as the strategic bridge between Technical/Customer Service and Global IT, aligning ERP system capabilities with commercial and operational goals. The role drives system optimisation, actionable reporting, and supports business transformation through ERP enhancements. The business is currently undergoing a major ERP implementation, and this role will play a crucial part in defining best practices and reporting processes. Duties Own the ERP roadmap for Technical and Customer Service functions Define and implement best practice reporting and data-driven insights Liaise across Operations, Commercial, and Global IT teams Lead system enhancement projects and ERP upgrade cycles Drive user training, adoption, and change management Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Business Partner or in a senior stakeholder-facing role Experience working within complex, regulated environments such as medtech, pharma or biotech Proven experience in ERP implementations Strong background in reporting and analytics (advanced reporting, business intelligence) Strong stakeholder management and experience working across IT, Finance and Business Operations Excellent communication and strong commercial acumen Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or similar.
