This Australian health technology company develops software solutions used by healthcare providers to securely manage and distribute clinical information. Their platform is widely used by specialist medical networks and continues to expand across Australia and APAC.  With a growing international footprint and strong product adoption, the organisation is entering its next phase of operational scale, requiring an experienced operations leader to strengthen delivery capability and operational discipline.
 
About the opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Operations will lead the operational backbone of the business, overseeing service delivery, customer support, and regulatory coordination.  This role will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure operational readiness as the business scales across multiple regions.
 
You will be responsible for building scalable operational systems, improving delivery performance, and strengthening cross-functional alignment between product, customer delivery, and support.  The role will also play a key part in managing customer onboarding, product releases, and lifecycle management while ensuring operational processes support margin performance and customer retention.

Duties

• Lead service delivery, support, and operational teams
• Oversee customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Drive operational KPIs and performance reporting
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment across product and delivery
• Manage operational readiness for product releases and upgrades
• Improve delivery efficiency and margin performance
• Support expansion into international markets

 
Skills and Experience

• Australia-based Healthtech or SaaS operations leadership
• Deep diagnostic Imaging, Radiology or clinical systems exposure
• Service delivery and implementation oversight
• Operational scaling in technology environment
• Significant people leadership experience
