Previously, as a Sourcing Consultant and Recruitment Administrator, I combined hands-on recruitment support with payroll and compliance expertise. I worked closely with the finance team to validate timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and maintain legislative. My role also involved developing compliance processes, improving reporting transparency, and driving informed decision-making across the business.
