Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry? |
Having gained a solid foundation in Employment Services administration, I knew I was ready to tackle the next level of the game. With over 20 years of experience under my belt, I've parlayed my expertise into a thriving career in recruitment, spanning everything from education to healthcare and beyond. |
What was it about healthcare that appealed to you? |
The healthcare sector is a veritable treasure trove of exciting opportunities, and I relish the chance to work with a diverse array of talented individuals. Whether it's sourcing top-notch scientists, medical professionals, or pharma gurus, I'm always up for a challenge. And with roles ranging from administration to manufacturing, there's never a dull moment in healthcare recruitment. |

Tell us about your most memorable role placement. What were the challenges and achievements? |
My most memorable role placement was a tough one: a Pharmacy Assistant position where the client demanded full-time availability, but the candidate was restricted to part-time work due to visa limitations. It took some serious wrangling, but in the end, I managed to find a solution that worked for everyone involved. |

What education background do you have that helps you with your current job? |
I hold a Certificate III in Employment Services and a Certificate II in Business Administration. These qualifications, along with my extensive experience in recruitment, give me a deep well of knowledge and expertise to draw from when helping clients and candidates. |
Why a client or candidate should work with you? |
When you work with me, you're getting more than just a recruiter – you're getting a partner who's deeply invested in your success.
