About the Company
Our client is a well-established organisation within the medical device industry, supporting healthcare providers nationwide. They specialise in the supply, service and logistics of innovative medical technology used across Australia.

About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on, varied role within a growing operations and service team. You will work across warehousing, inventory control, logistics and basic administration, playing a critical role in ensuring medical devices are tested, prepared and delivered accurately and on time. The role suits someone who enjoys physical work combined with structured admin, is comfortable using spreadsheets daily, and values accuracy and accountability in a regulated environment as well as providing excellent customer service.

Duties
  • Test, pack and prepare medical devices for delivery and installation
  • Operate a high-reach forklift to pick, put away and move stock
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheets
  • Process invoices and update stock data
  • Use Outlook to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Drive the company's manual van for local deliveries and equipment setup
  • Support training demos and industry events
  • Maintain warehouse organisation, safety and cleanliness
  • Assist with stocktakes and audits

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in warehousing, logistics or operations support
  • Current Australian manual driver’s licence (essential)
  • Current forklift licence with high-reach experience (essential)
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel for tracking of stock and Outlook as part of daily work
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with physical/manual handling tasks
  • Reliable, organised and team-focused
  • Unrestricted working rights and be able to commit to a long-term permanent role
