About the company Work within a large global Biotechnology company that boasts a good company culture that is always expanding. About the opportunity The Warehouse Administrator will work within the warehousing team assisting with transport and logistics including checking of deliveries.
Checking emails and answering queries
Booking timeslots, checking calendars and allocating timeslots for delivery and solving delivery issues
Liaise with transport companies, suppliers and end users answering delivery questions regarding ETAs
Checking materials delivered ensuring what is received is ok
Any extra support needed for the loading bay and warehouse during the transition.
Receipt of direct and indirect materials within the inventory management system
Document non-conformance and contacting procurement
Coordinate courier bookings to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
Manage waste collection, book waste transport ensuring waste certificate available
Checking warehouse consumables
Assist with data collection and reporting and assisting with SAP
Skills and Experience
Administration experience in Warehouse environment
Experience in Inventory Management System
Experience in Outlook and Excel (for data entry, basic Excel, and filling in tables)
Good writing skills and good communication skills
Demonstrated report writing skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
