Territory Manager - Surgical Solutions, Sydney

About the opportunity
In this newly created Territory manager: Surgical Solutions role in Sydney, you will support the Surgical Division to deliver surgical solutions for an expanding product portfolio to private, public, and independent hospitals as well as any B2B accounts. 



Duties:
  • Protect and grow existing accounts appointed to you
  • Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and win new business 
  • Tender / Contract management and compliance
  • Exceed financial sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and KOLs 
  • Increase sales of consumable and re-usable products 


Qualifications/Experience:
  • Knowledge of the hospital and wider healthcare market in NSW
  • Recent Sales experience focusing on Laparoscopic instrumentation
  • Sales experience in Operating Theatre 
  • Existing network of Surgeons and Theatre Nurses
  • Clinical experience in anatomy and/or physiology 
  • Hospital Contract/Tender experience
  • Present with passion, energy, and drive
