About the opportunity
This Territory Manager role covers Far North Queensland, including Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, and Rockhampton. You'll build partnerships with veterinary clinics and deliver tailored diagnostic solutions to support patient care. Ideal for driven sales professionals seeking meaningful work, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to influence outcomes that matter.



Responsibilities
  • Engage clinics to drive adoption of diagnostic solutions
  • Deliver insights through consultative, needs-based selling
  • Develop territory plans and meet quarterly sales targets
  • Run product demonstrations and staff training sessions
  • Build long-term partnerships with veterinary teams
  • Support onboarding and education for new customers
  • Attend trade events and local professional meetings
  • Maintain accurate client data and follow-up activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive shared results


Skills & Experience required
This is a great match for sales professionals with field-based experience, ideally in technical or consultative roles.
  • Experience in animal health, diagnostics, or medical sales
  • Capital equipment sales experience highly desirable
  • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and pipelines
  • Comfortable working independently across regional areas
  • Skilled at building trust and credibility with clinicians
  • Excellent territory planning and organisational skills
  • Confident presenter with polished communication skills
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and self-managing
  • Full driver’s licence required
