About the opportunity Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a trusted range of companion animal health products to retail and veterinary customers across the Brisbane West & West QLD territory. This is a field-based, full-time permanent opportunity suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, travel, and genuine relationship building. This role includes a regional run approximately 1 week in every 5, providing variety and opportunity to build broader customer engagement across the state.
Responsibilities
Increase product sales and drive market share across the assigned territory
Build strong relationships with veterinary clinics, pharmacies, and pet retail channels
Execute marketing campaigns and provide education to customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using Veeva CRM
Develop and deliver territory business plans with a focus on strategic customer engagement
Attend conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand and product awareness
Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Monitor and manage territory sales and expenses effectively
Collaborate with internal colleagues and cross-functional partners
Skills & Experience required This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional or someone looking to move into the animal health space.
Previous experience in a sales, pharmacy, veterinary, or retail environment highly regarded
Experience in territory management, FMCG, OTC, pharmacy, or veterinary sales, highly regarded
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Animal/Veterinary Sciences or a related discipline, required
Strong communication and influencing skills
Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy with CRM or sales reporting systems experience (Veeva desirable)
Full, unrestricted driver’s licence required
