As a customer centric and self-driven Practice Business Development Manager (Territory Manager) you will be responsible for promoting the organisation's leading portfolio to Orthodontists across a defined territory. 

Reporting into the National Sales Manager and working within a highly collaborative commercial team, you will strategize and implement business development and sales activities effectively, whilst emphasising on training and education.

Also supported by a highly skilled clinical team, in this role you will thrive on building a strong personal and corporate brand whilst demonstrating a clear understanding of the product, dental market and ability to add value to your customer’s business.


Please kindly note, 2 opportunities present for Melbourne based professionals: -

  1. VIC East territory 
  2. VIC West and South Australia territory 


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated infield sales experience across Australia's Dental and/or Orthodontic industry
  • Strong understanding of the dental market and aligned customers 
  • Proven successes in maximising sales and achieving set budgets / targets
  • Clinically and technically savvy, with strong emphasis on training and education
  • Commercially savvy; including effective business planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain business working relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in either a science/business discipline, ideal
