About the Opportunity:
As the Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing the governance environment, ensuring alignment with the ESG strategy. Responsibilities include developing robust governance processes, managing ESG data repositories, maintaining ESG strategy plans, and supporting key stakeholders in driving sustainability initiatives across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring accountability, transparency, and sustainability in our practices.
 
Duties:

• Develop and manage data repositories for GHG assessment
• Maintain and update ESG strategy plans
• Manage reminders for upcoming tasks and deadlines
• Facilitate efficient meetings related to WHS, risk, and quality compliance
• Support working group leads in capturing ESG-related information
• Align reporting activities with data repositories
• Draft quarterly ESG newsletters
• Compile external reports and action plans

 
Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a sustainability role, preferably in medical devices
• Strong experience in sustainability or related areas
• Proficient in data management and analysis
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
