Surgical Territory Manager

About the opportunity
In this newly created role, you shall be promoting high-quality surgical products which can be life changing for the end user. You will work closely with ENT surgeons, Clinical Audiologists, and theatre staff, across the VIC, TAS and SA territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective territory management and achieve sales targets for the VIC/TAS/SA territory
• Build and maintain relationships within the hospital setting, providing clinical evaluations with surgeons and relevant stakeholders
• Be comfortable working in the theatre setting with surgeons
• Use your commercial acumen to collaborate with clients for successful business outcomes.
• Provide clinical education to support product sales and implementation.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of sales results in Pharmaceutical speciality, or Medical device sales roles
• Surgical sales experience and comfortable in the theatre setting - preferable
• Experience within ENT, Orthopaedic or implants - preferable
• Ability to work autonomously, be self-driven and highly motivated
• Be commercial savvy and demonstrate strong commercial acumen
• Ambitious, driven, and high energy
• Flexible to travel
