About the opportunity
A position available working with a collaborative and close-knit supply chain team. This role requires the ability to be dynamic and work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail. You will work in conjunction with the team providing high level technical and operational support within the supply chain. You will report into the Supply Chain Director based in Sydney and work to support core processes, systems and data to meet the current and future business needs. There will analytical work involved and you will assist with the end-to-end inventory requirements of both Australia and New Zealand whilst working with the overseas sites.

Duties
• End to end inventory requirements for Australia & New Zealand working with overseas, manufacturing sites as well as third party partners.
• Work closely & assist the supply chain team by calculating metrics and assisting to prepare S&OP presentations as well as accurate stock management
• Ensure demand forecasts are always visible in SAP
• Maintain strong customer relationship management with key contacts
• Ensure compliance with policy reviews
• Liaise with the wider operations teams to effectively supply samples
• Conduct reporting on SOH, forecast report, inventory, weekly data and obsolete report


Skills and Experience
• Supply Chain experience
• Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG preferred but not essential
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with data analysis, internal systems, reporting preparation and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborative cross functionally
• Attention to detail and organisation skills
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
