About the opportunity Provide operational and technical support within the supply chain working closely with the wider operational team. Reporting into the Supply Chain Director you will support the current and future needs of the business and continually work on ways to improve. You will maintain the supply chain processes and achieve optimal inventory availability and work closely with the commercial sales and service divisions.
Responsibilities • Ensure the demand coordinates with monthly forecasting • Work collaboratively alongside the local commercial teams, finance and regional supply chain • Drive customer excellence managing the supply/demand, and purchase order processes • Work on continuous improvement processes around Inventory/stock levels to meet the changing business requirements • Manage and monitor lead times • Run reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies monthly • Effectively manages work processes and data in SAP. • Conduct detailed reporting and analysis • Provide strong communication with key customer contacts
Skills and Experience • Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred but not essential • Experience working on SAP • Strong communicate skills • Analytical skills • Strong customer focus • Highly organised and motivated • Resilient and have the ability to problem solve • identify all of their facets, including hidden or tricky aspects.
