About the opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the demand and supply planning processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and driving accurate demand forecasts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand market trends and optimize supply chain operations. This role is crucial to the success of the business and will have a significant impact on the company's market position.
This role offers flexibility and has the opportunity to work form home and the office.

Duties:
• Manage statistical forecast exceptions and address potential issues
• Analyze demand factors and their impact on forecasts
• Lead pre-S&OP and executive S&OP meetings
• Escalate critical areas of supply to prevent shortages
• Prepare material management reports and ensure accuracy of data
• Collaborate with vendors to expedite open orders and improve availability
• Recommend shipping method changes for immediate and long-term improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and adjust forecasts
• Monitor and report key process metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage planning and demand fulfillment processes in alignment with business objectives

Skills and Experience:
• Experience working in a Supply Planning role
• Experience working within Healthcare would be advantageous
• Expertise in SAP, particularly APO MRP, Purchasing, and Materials functions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
