About the opportunity
This is a 2 year maximum-term contract due to growth. In this position, you will support the ANZ Supply Chain team with a strong focus on logistics coordination, demand planning, and supplier performance management. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, driving process improvement, and ensuring timely product delivery across inbound and outbound supply channels. You will collaborate closely with customer service, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers. This role directly supports business continuity and compliance across Australia and New Zealand operations.

Duties
  • Monitor and coordinate inbound logistics and customs clearance
  • Work closely with the 3PL to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Investigate and manage supply delays and damages
  • Coordinate New Zealand demand planning and replenishment for a small portfolio of products
  • Maintain tracking of wholesaler licences to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee purchase orders, accounts payable, and product catalogue updates
  • Produce regular reports including CTS, damage tracking, and CAPA outcomes
  • Identify process improvements across the supply chain
  • Ensure alignment with quality standards, internal systems, and learning plans
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a similar role within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or FMCG industries
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Strong analytical problem-solver
