About the opportunity
As the Supply & Logistics Specialist, you’ll be stepping into a 12-month contract to back-fill an internal secondment to a global SAP implementation project. You will manage the end-to-end supply cycle, working closely with third-party warehousing and distribution partners, internal stakeholders, and regional customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and quality teams, reporting to senior leadership within supply chain operations.
Duties
  • Maintain and communicate monthly sales forecasts
  • Manage inbound stock deliveries and supply planning
  • Liaise with 3PL and freight partners for inventory accuracy
  • Manage 3PL relationship ensuring they are meeting contractual expectations
  • Address supply disruptions and resolve distribution issues
  • Coordinate supply and budgeting for NZ distribution agent
  • Maintain data on National Product Catalogue
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and KPIs
Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role within Pharmaceutical or medical device industries
  • Strong experience in managing and liaising with 3PLs
  • ERP knowledge 
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Self motivated and ability to work autonomously and take initiative 
  • Strong communicator and capable of building strong stakeholder relationships 
  • Must be able to commit to this role for a full year and start mid August.
