The Practice

The business operates a specialised diagnostic imaging facility, prides itself on high quality and affordable health care. Practice is in growth phase and has clinics across 7 other locations. With so much growth, there is opportunity to progress your professional career into a leadership role. The practice is situated between Blue Mountains and Southern Highland region, making the area a desirable location for easy access to Sydney's CBD, close to the mountains if you enjoy hiking, water sports. Aside from that, the area is located close to excellent schools and major shopping malls.

Duties

  • Experience working in a mult-disciplinary team
  • Have the ability to independently manage a work load, averaging around 20 minutes per scan
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge for a wide range of Ultrasound examinations
  • Excellent at communicating with patients on the process and aspects of imaging procedures that will be undertaken
  • Competent with the use of Philips machines.
  • Strong team spirit, collectively working together to achieve common goals
  • Display a degree of emotional intelligence
  • To be actively involved in Work Health Safety initiatives and processes.
  • Be flexible, agile and wiling to assist, especially while practice is going through tremendous growth
  • Hold current professional ASAR registration/accreditation.

DESIRED CRITERIA:

  • At least 2 years post graduate experience in Ultrasound,
  • Available to commit to Friday and Saturday 8-9 hour block
  • Available slots for Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
  • ASAR Accredited
  • Competent in using Philips Machines
