Job Overview:
As a sonographer, you will be responsible for performing a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations. Your expertise will cover gynaecology, obstetrics,vascular, breast, small parts,abdominal, musculoskeletal, and interventional procedures including biopsies and cortisone injections. You will work closely with other sonographers and radiologists.
Your appointment times will not be rushed and there will always be a radiologists on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in vascular, abdominal, gynaecology, obstetrics, musculoskeletal, breast, small parts, and interventional areas.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists to ensure accurate interpretation of ultrasound images.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of imaging protocols and patient care practices.
- Participate in decision-making regarding ultrasound equipment and procedural protocols.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care, including explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Medical Sonography or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in obstetrics, breast, small parts, vascular, general and interventional ultrasound.
- Proficiency in using Siemens Sequoia ultrasound equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Current registration with the relevant professional bodies and licenses.
