The Practice
This distinguished health-care facility is committed to providing comprehensive and specialised care in respiratory and sleep medicine. The practice is currently seeking an accomplished and dedicated Respiratory and Sleep Physician to join the team. The practice is very family orientated and is well managed.  

Responsibilities: As a Respiratory and Sleep Physician, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of respiratory and sleep disorders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and medical histories
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including sleep studies, pulmonary function tests, and imaging studies
• Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for respiratory and sleep conditions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including respiratory therapists and sleep technologists
• Providing patient education on respiratory health, sleep hygiene, and treatment options
• Keeping abreast of advancements in respiratory and sleep medicine

Qualifications:

• Medical degree and specialisation in Respiratory Medicine and/or Sleep Medicine
• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of respiratory and sleep disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
