About the Opportunity:

As the Site Manager, you will lead and coordinate all operational activities in Brisbane, overseeing production, quality control, procurement, inventory, logistics and maintenance. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business and its position in the market.


Duties:

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team.

  • Drive team engagement and collaboration.

  • Lead and coordinate operational activities.

  • Manage quality control, procurement, and logistics.

  • Improve productivity and safety.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
