About the company
Work for a market leader in aesthetics and medical treatment systems, providing patients with the latest innovative technologies.

About the opportunity
You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional back-office support liaising with engineers and the team to support the Field Service Manager ANZ.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer queries via email and telephone
  • Coordinate couriers, deliveries and engineer visits
  • Maintain files and records
  • Process orders, call reports and invoices into the system
  • Contribute to implementation of processes, procedures and new systems
  • Optimise inventory and pick, pack and post customer orders
  • Assist Field Service Engineers with ad-hoc tasks when required

Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional communication skills & strong customer focus
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred but not essential
  • Prior experience/knowledge of working with inventory
  • Resilient and have the ability to problem solve
