About the opportunity
Reporting to the Associate Sales Director, as the Senior Therapeutic Specialist role; you will be responsible for HIV portfolio sales and promotion activities with healthcare professionals and customers across the WA/SA/NT territory.
Duties

  • Develop account plans   to achieve allocated product patient targets

  • Promote the use of products to target accounts and Healthcare Professionals

  • Use CRM, sales reporting/analytics tools, segmentation, market insights to build an in-depth understanding of the market to drive activity, resource allocation and monitor sales progress

  • Work with Medical Scientists, Marketing, Business Conduct, Finance, and other relevant internal team members on cross-functional projects related to target accounts or Healthcare Professionals

  • Build professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Organise sales meetings and associated activities, and follow up

  • Manage territory budget for customer contacts, speaker events and other miscellaneous external expenditure

  • Represent at professional events and promote company products at such events

  • Contributes to or may take the lead on projects within team as required

  • May collaborate with outside partner companies to co-promote products or services


Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree

  • 5+ years relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • 3+ years Specialty Sales experience

  • Experience in HIV desirable

  • Experience in Strategic or Key Account Management desirable
