The Opportunity

Two opportunities exists for a Senior Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow Public and Private Hospital accounts across designated territories across Victoria and Tasmania. This role holds full accountability for driving revenue, building end-user loyalty, and implementing national strategies across their surgical consumable portfolio, specialising within infection control and medical safety.  This role also requires delivering a high degree of clinical education and in-servicing programs.

Part-time and Full-time options are available.


Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience selling into operating theatre environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of Victoria's Public & Private Hospital systems
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and influencing skills 
  • Ability to manage product evaluations & trials within hospital operating theatre environments
  • Ability to partner with clinical educators and end-users to support usage and ongoing capability development within hospital accounts
  • High-quality presentation and clinical communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, or Medical-related, preferred
