About the Opportunity:
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will collaborate with the local Manager to develop and implement efficient regulatory strategies to drive business outcomes in Australia and New Zealand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing product registrations, and maintaining alignment with government, industry, and corporate standards.
This is a Sydney based role and is a hybrid role working from home and in the office.

Responsibilities:
• Providing strategic regulatory advice to local teams and business functions.
• Determining effective regulatory strategies for new products and life cycle projects.
• Compiling and submitting dossiers to TGA and Medsafe or product registrations.
• Ensuring ongoing alignment with government, industry, and corporate requirements for all products.
• Staying informed about changes in legislation, industry, and corporate requirements affecting regulatory status.
• Reviewing and providing regulatory advice on promotional materials and product labelling.
• Collaborating with the wider business on assigned projects.
• Participate in regional/global project initiatives.


Skills and Experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in relevant science.
• Experience working within Regulatory Affairs across OTC medicines and Medical Devices preferred.
• Attention to detail and effective communication
• Experience submitting applications for Australian AICIS compliance.
• Knowledge of Australian TGA and NZ Medsafe requirements
