Duties
- Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead generation, business development calls and reverse market top talent
- On-board new clients and generate revenue
- Source, screen and interview top-tier candidates
- Build a pipeline of active and passive talent
- Write and post compelling job ads
- Achieve sales targets & KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a supportive recruitment team
Skills and Experience required
- Agency recruitment experience is required
- Ability to work with high volume, fast-paced recruitment
- Ability to manage a dual desk supporting both permanent and temporary placements
- Experience generating new business and on-boarding clients
- High-energy, results-driven & strong communicator
- Tech savvy, organised and a quick learner.
- Relatable tertiary qualification
