About the Opportunity As Senior Associate – Quality Assurance Compliance, you will play a critical role in managing audits, inspections, quality agreements and internal compliance processes. Working cross-functionally and reporting to the Senior Manager, QA Compliance, this role ensures site adherence to local and global quality systems while providing essential quality data and insights that drive decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage third-party and regulatory inspections across the site
Lead internal audits and the self-inspection program
Maintain quality agreements with internal and external partners
Drive quality risk management and change control processes
Analyse and report on site KPIs, APQRs and global quality metrics
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment
Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards and QMS
Experience managing audits and compliance programs
Ability to critically analyse data and provide quality insights
Strong stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication skills
Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline
