Duties
- Deliver the HR operational plan for designated client groups
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Lead and support organisational design projects across different levels of the organisation
- Deploy global change management initiatives and drive local adoption
- Guide leaders in implementing engagement and development action plans
- Manage annual HR cycle processes (performance, promotions, compensation, and talent reviews)
- Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommend innovative solutions
- 7+ years’ HR management experience in global organisations (HRBP, OD, or HR Consultant roles)
- Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent development
- Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- English language fluency; additional APAC languages desirable
- Own transport required with flexibility to work across multiple sites
