About the opportunity...
As the Finance Analyst you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting financial data and providing insights to drive the overall business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide value-added analysis to enhance profitability, and manage monthly closing and reporting activities. This role will also be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliate business teams and serving as a business partner with advice and analysis.

What you'll be doing...
  • Analyse monthly financial results and predict full year performance expectations
  • Prepare high-quality presentations to illustrate gaps in results versus expectations
  • Provide financial insights to stakeholders focused on revenue and accurate reporting
  • Manage pricing and rebate analysis and complex accrual balances
  • Act as a business partner and provide advice and analysis
  • Lead financial initiatives such as business planning and budgetary control
  • Proactively analyse financial data and support information from global and regional financial officers
  • Manage month-end closing and reporting activities
  • Collaborate with financial control staff to ensure consistent and correct financial data reporting
  • Identify and drive best practices and implement business process improvements
What you'll need...
  • Degree in Business/Commerce/Accounting
  • CA/CPA accreditation (preferred)
  • Competency in accounting and financial concepts
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and SAP
