About the Company:
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company that specialises in the production of healthcare products. They have a strong presence in the local and international market and are renowned for their innovative products and commitment to research and development.


About the Opportunity:
In this new role you will be working as part of the Customer Service and Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data within SAP, work with the Supply Chain providing reports on movement of products. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage customer master creation and pricing changes. This job is critical to the business as you will ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with regulations.

Duties:

• Manage the NZ replenishment process
• Extract data from SAP into excel, to highlight quantity of orders, KPI's, back-orders, inventory updates 
• Build strong working relationships with business units and 3PL account managers 
• Manage customer master creation and changes
• Rectify issues with customer orders 
• Update National Product Catalogue 

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG/healthcare organisation
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, MS Office, and SAP (essential)
