About the opportunity
Become an integral piece of a strong, motivated and driven Customer Service team. Provide support to a market leading range of innovative surgical medical devices to hospitals and medical professionals. This role is a low volume of calls, and predominately email based. Ability to problem solve and work cohesively with hospitals and sales representatives.

Duties
Your daily duties would include:
  • Provide a high level of Customer Service
  • Maintain customer, consignment and loan kit databases
  • Fulfil customer requirements and managing customer expectations
  • Support field personnel
  • Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required

Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device organisation
  • SAP knowledge and experience
  • Maintenance of customer, medical device consignment and loan databases
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • Excel experience - you will be required to use VLOOKUP for reporting
