About the opportunity
Become an integral piece of a strong, motivated and driven Customer Service team. Provide support to a market leading range of innovative medical devices & consumables to medical professionals. This role is a low volume of calls, and predominately email based. Ability to problem solve and work cohesively with hospitals and sales representatives.

Duties
Your daily duties would include:
Provide a high level of Customer Service
Maintain customer, consignment and loan databases
Fulfil customer requirements and managing customer expectations
Support field personnel
Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
Skills and Experience
Skills and Experience
Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device organisation
SAP knowledge and experience
Maintenance of customer, medical device consignment and loan databases
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Excel experience - you will be required to use VLOOKUP for reporting
