About the Opportunity


In this crucial role, you will manage the coordination and control of kit room functions, ensuring timely dispatch and return of instruments and implants. You will work closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and reliability of medical device delivery, ultimately enhancing patient care and satisfaction.


Duties
  • Ensure timely case/bookings administration
  • Track loan sets and expedite returns
  • Maintain daily inventory control
  • Provide professional phone and email support
  • Oversee stock rotation and cycle counts
  • Manage receivable and dispatch processes
  • Track products via the system
  • Identify and correct booking discrepancies
  • Assist with domestic shipping duties

Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in logistics, supply chain, customer service or scheduling is required.
  • Experience working in the medical device industry is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is required. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
  • Strong communication skills.
