The Role:

As an integral member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for launching this technology into your territory, driving awareness of it's benefits to patients & HCPs alike and ultimately hitting Sales targets & increasing market share in NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Highlight & target new business opportunities
  • Educate key customers on the benefits this product will have on them & their patients
  • Develop relationships with KOLs, relevant HCPs & government bodies
  • Maintain relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Organise training/educational events
  • Develop business plans which support the business' overall growth strategy
  • Attend Trade Shows/Conferences as & when required

Your Skills & Background:

  • Minimum 2 years Sales experience, ideally in Medical Devices
  • Proven successful Sales track record
  • Proven ability to highlight and develop opportunities
  • Previous product launch experience advantageous
  • Proven ability to develop & engage KOLs & HCPs
  • Sales Hunter mentality combined with relationship building capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Collaborative by nature
  • Proven ability to work in an agile/flexible/adaptable working environment
  • Passion to positively impact patient outcomes
