The Role: Tasked with overseeing & implementing the Sales & launch strategies of various product offerings across different channels, this role is responsible for driving the Sales team to achieve targets and increase customer accounts. Apart from achieving defined sales targets, you will coach & mentor the Sales team to become a high performing unit, conduct training sessions and enhance the account management function.
Your Skills & Background:
Min. 3 yrs Pharmaceutical Sales experience
Specialty Sales experience adv.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Superior mentoring & coaching capabilities
Product launch experience adv.
Superior Account Management & Business Development capabilities
Exposure to UK Pharmaceutical market adv.
Advanced analytics/Market Research skills
Collaborative nature
Flexible, agile, entrepreneurial mindset
Experience working with Distributors adv.
Exposure to Hospital clinical trials processes adv.
Passion for interacting with HCPs
Superior communication skills
