About the opportunity As the Sales Director for ANZ, you will be responsible for all product sales and marketing initiatives in Australia & New Zealand, managing the sales team and supporting them to meet established business objectives, and managing relationships with various external stakeholders to ensure proper representation of products.
Responsibilities
Responsible for annual objectives in assigned region, including managing the region Profit & Loss.
Plan and execute implementation of strategies and coordination of resources to optimise strategies across the region.
Manage the team’s ongoing development, successful goal completion, retention, and succession planning.
Provide marketing input to upper management including market trends and competitive activity and identify regional strategies to adapt to the trends and increase business penetration.
Successfully deliver and maintain the assigned budgets across the region, including providing relevant and routine updates to ongoing forecasts.
Create and maintain list of forecasted business for provision to the President.
Position the complete pyramid of products across the region. Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness.
Lead the Key Account Strategy program, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources to optimise strategies.
Skills & Experience required
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in a management role within a comparable role, with responsibility for direct reports, budgets, and sales quota achievement.
Experience in a key account management role or in a comparable role.
Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organisations.
Experience working with original equipment manufacturers and distributors.
Experience calling on administration and corporate presidents.
