About the opportunity
As the Sales Director for ANZ, you will be responsible for all product sales and marketing initiatives in Australia & New Zealand, managing the sales team and supporting them to meet established business objectives, and managing relationships with various external stakeholders to ensure proper representation of products.


Responsibilities
  • Responsible for annual objectives in assigned region, including managing the region Profit & Loss.
  • Plan and execute implementation of strategies and coordination of resources to optimise strategies across the region.
  • Manage the team’s ongoing development, successful goal completion, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provide marketing input to upper management including market trends and competitive activity and identify regional strategies to adapt to the trends and increase business penetration.
  • Successfully deliver and maintain the assigned budgets across the region, including providing relevant and routine updates to ongoing forecasts.
  • Create and maintain list of forecasted business for provision to the President.
  • Position the complete pyramid of products across the region.  Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness.
  • Lead the Key Account Strategy program, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources to optimise strategies.

Skills & Experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in a management role within a comparable role, with responsibility for direct reports, budgets, and sales quota achievement.
  • Experience in a key account management role or in a comparable role.
  • Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organisations.
  • Experience working with original equipment manufacturers and distributors.
  • Experience calling on administration and corporate presidents.
  • 2nd line Management experience
