The Role:

This newly created role oversees a high performing team of Sales & Marketing professionals across a leading Neuroscience portfolio. You will lead the cross functional team to drive excellence and achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• People Management - you will lead, coach and mentor your cross-functional team and encourage personal development
• Set expectations & Sales targets for the team
• Develop & implement long/short-term strategic plans to support & drive growth
• Oversee the development of the portfolio's omni-channel strategy
• Forecasting and Budgeting - with P&L responsibility
• Ability to work on strategic projects and "roll up the sleeves" when required

Skills & Experience:

• Experience & tenure in a Sn Commercial Management role - managing sales and marketing teams
• Specialty Pharmaceutical Marketing expertise
• Neuroscience experience advantageous
• Product launch experience
• Omni-channel experience adv.
• Customer focus
• Results driven
• Self-motivated, tenacious & optimistic
• Passion for challenging the status quo
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach which result in commercial gains
• Business, Science degree or similar
