The Role:
In this newly created role, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for the Sales team and their relevant CRM/System/Analytics requirements.


Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop easily interpreted sales reports
  • Develop & maintain performance dashboards
  • Manage multiple data sets from varied sources
  • Set & review performance targets
  • Provide Salesforce Effectiveness insights
  • Partner extensively with internal/external stakeholders
  • Support & increase adoption of CRM/platform usage by Sales team
  • Generate actionable insights from varied data sets
  • Conduct customer segmentation analytics



Skills and Experience:
  • Proven Sales Analytics capabilities
  • Passion for partnering with key stakeholders
  • Desire to learn & expand skill set
  • Strong Excel & PowerBI skills
  • Proven experience using Salesforce.com
  • Passion for developing reporting efficiencies & automations
  • Proven ability to deliver actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Proven SFE analytics capabilities
  • Previous experience training Sales teams on CRM adv.
  • Team player mentality
  • Advanced communication skills
