About the opportunity
3 month temp contract. The Sales and Marketing Administrator in ANZ supports the Sales Director and team by providing administrative assistance in managing product information, meetings, reporting, customer activities, and territory mapping. Collaboration with other departments ensures smooth operations.

What you'll be doing... 
  • Coordinate and support Sales meetings
  • Manage HCP training and educational events
  • Provide general Sales team support
  • Streamline business processes
  • Manage Sales Tracking reports
  • Act as Salesforce.com Business Admin
What you need...
  • Advanced organisational skills and time management
  • Intermediate to High level Excel skills and all other MS Office applications
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Strong people skills
  • Previous experience with supporting sales & marketing teams
