About the Opportunity
This is part-time Sales Administration role supports a small, cohesive team of five including business development and clinical professionals.
You’ll play a pivotal part in organising customer events, managing compliance submissions, and supporting contracts and invoices related to educational and sponsorship activities.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, process accuracy, and meaningful contribution within a healthcare setting.
Duties
Coordinate logistics for customer events, educational workshops, and sponsorships
Manage travel and accommodation bookings for healthcare professionals
Upload and track event submissions through the internal compliance system
Assist with completion and submission of sponsorship agreements
Support invoice tracking and system submissions for billing and payment
Liaise with suppliers for materials and event collateral
Manage calendar invitations, team communication, and meeting coordination
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated administration or event coordination experience (healthcare or corporate ideal)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Confident communicator who manages multiple stakeholders effectively
Comfortable using digital platforms for compliance, invoicing, and reporting
Professional and composed when liaising with healthcare professionals and internal colleagues
