Our client is an international pharmaceutical company with well-known and diverse consumer products.

About the opportunity
3-4 month contract based in Chatswood, 2067. Reporting to a knowledgeable leader in the industry. Working with the Sales & Marketing teams you will contribute your administration and sales coordination experience to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the team. Strong communications will be vital when liaising with the team and senior leaders. You will have a proven ability to stay organised and deliver objectives in an environment with multiple deadlines and focus on operational excellence.

Duties
  • Updating and maintaining promotional programs for Pharmacy & Grocery
  • Communicating promotional changes to customers and/or third parties as required
  • Maintaining and monitoring documents and links on SharePoint
  • Updating relevant pricing documents as required
  • Creating suggested orders for customers as required
  • Assisting the H/O Sales team with ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
  • Administration experience supporting Sales/ Commercial teams
  • Confident working in Excel & with large datasets
  • Experience working in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG industry
  • High attention to detail
